Bidirectional Roll Benders

The roll bending machine is suitable for processing different profiles and has the following functions:;
Seven or eleven roller design, mechanical double-sided roller.
The bending roller is driven by an independent servo electric cylinder and positioned using a grating ruler.
Infinite variable speed bending, the X-axis and Y-axis automatically match during the bending process, and the arc transition is natural.
The roller speed is driven by a motor and can be infinitely adjusted. The motor complies with IEC60034-30 IE level.
This device is suitable for processing curved profiles with different cross-sections.

By using rollers that match the cross-section of the profile and utilizing the three-point rounding principle, the displacement of the tail roller is adjusted to feed the profile multiple times on the roller, gradually forming the desired radius of the profile. The length of the feed is collected by the encoder, and the rotation of the rollers is controlled by the CNC system, which automatically matches the linear velocity of the rollers. Meanwhile, the displacement of all rollers is controlled by a closed-loop roll bending servo system to achieve high thrust and precision requirements, and DXF graphics can also be imported. And it can achieve bidirectional bending.
