By using rollers that match the cross-section of the profile and utilizing the principle of three-point rounding, the displacement of the lower rollers on both sides is adjusted to feed the profile multiple times on the rollers, allowing the profile to gradually form to the desired radius. The length of the feed is collected by an encoder, and the rotation of the rollers is controlled by a CNC system, which automatically matches the linear velocity of the rollers. At the same time, the displacement of all rollers is controlled by a closed-loop roll bending servo system to achieve high thrust and high precision requirements, and can also import DXF graphics.
