Press brake sheet follower

SDC series press brake sheet follower car is a bending machine auxiliary device which is used to accessorily support the material when the press brake processing the large workpiece and commonly used in the latter topping-off operation.

It adopts the independent control system, with no requirements for press brake system and types. The rotation and lifting of the platform are driving by the servo motor. The rotation mechanism consists of servo motor, decelerator, reduction gear and multi-connecting rods. The lifting mechanism has two types of manual and CNC.

1. It issuitable for bending a variety of large plate, could reduce the workload of operators, and improve efficiency and accuracy;
2. It could automaticallyadjustthe following speed according to the size of the mold notch, working speed and plate thickness, to achieve the plate material to follow;
3. It is equipped with automatic rotation axis and lifting axis so as to ensure complete following;
4. The following front bracketis easy to operate, thefront and back brackets could be adjusted, and are convenient to installation;
5. Independent operating system.

Principles for Selection:

6. The selection of lifting force shall not only based onthe weight of the workpiece, but also with refer tothe size of the workpiece;
7. It can meet the upwarddemands and can also meet the demands on downwardbending machine. For down-action bending machine, only the CNC dual-axis can be selected;
8. For positive and negative cuttingworkpiece,only the CNC dual-axis can be selected;
9. If the size of the workpiece to be bent is large, the CNC dual-axismust be selected in order to take the material conveniently;
10. As equipped with magnetic scale, no special requirements for bending machine control mode (including electro-hydraulic press brake, twist axis press brake, all-electric press brake, under the moving press brake, etc.)
